About Course

RoHS-Restriction of Hazardous Substances is a directive in the European Union that regulates the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). RoHS aims to reduce the environmental and health risks associated with the manufacturing, use, and disposal of electronic products by limiting the presence of particular harmful substances in these products.e. Participants learn the details of each clause of the standard requirement to be able to apply within their organization.

Course Content

Session 1: Introduction
Describe awareness of RoHS. Overview a set of regulatory standards to ensure good practice in your supply chain.

Session 2: Terms and Definitions
Describe relevant terms and definitions that normally use in the RoHS.

Session 3: RoHS documentation and policy
Explain development of RoHS policy and procedure to comply with the requirement.

Session 4: Interpretation of RoHS requirement
Describe the RoHS requirement clause by clause that implemented in conjunction with management system. Explain key aspects of its history for incorporating compliance to RoHS into your company's product lifecycle management processes.

Session 5: Conclusion
Conclude requirement and explain step to implement the system.
